SHIPPING POLICY

At hypenation.nl, one of our main goals is to focus on high quality and secure shipping options – so our customers can relax and enjoy our products with their loved ones at home.

To ensure we can offer our products at reasonable prices, we've chosen to ship them directly from the supplier to you. This way, we can significantly reduce storage, transport, and packaging costs, and offer you the products at a reasonable price.

Because we ship directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 5 to 12 working days to the Netherlands and Belgium.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time consists of two main components:

The delivery time is calculated from collection at our international transport centre to the desired destination and may vary accordingly depending on the delivery destination.

All delivery times above exclude customs and associated delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special offers.

How much does delivery cost? (delivery/shipping costs)

All orders are shipped FREE of charge.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

After the package is packed, it will be handed over to our shipping company and you will receive a tracking email.

For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery time, the order may be shipped in several partial deliveries.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Defective product?

That's unfortunate! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. We'll always ship a new package free of charge the first time, and unfortunately, we can't issue refunds. If it arrives damaged the second time, we'll refund your full purchase price.

Lost package?

In case a package is lost or not delivered due to any logistical reason, we will always send a new package before it goes to our

Import duties: In some cases, customs will inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation changed on July 1, 2021, and we have no control over it. In some cases, customs may charge a small amount for import duties. However, this does not happen in 99% of cases. If you are still charged customs duties, please contact us.

Delivery when not at home or at the post office

If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, Sorandi will incur the costs of delivery. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the delivery company, and they are entitled to deduct €8.95 from the refund.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE TRACK NOT WORKING?

In some cases, the carrier needs 1-2 business days to update the package's location. We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases.
