What are the shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
When can I expect my order?
The average delivery time is 4-6 business days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to significantly reduce storage and transportation costs, offer our products at a lower price than our competitors, and cover the shipping costs ourselves.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:
I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. After that, the return period unfortunately expires.
For the fastest resolution, please email us a photo showing the damaged part of the item. Photos taken on a flat surface clearly show the label and the defect. We'll use this information to help you with your order and prevent errors in the future.
For defective items, we'll always ship a new package free of charge the first time, and unfortunately, we can't issue refunds. If it arrives defective the second time, we'll refund your full purchase price.

I want to cancel a placed order, what should I do?
Our orders are processed after 30 minutes, and unfortunately, cancellations are no longer possible after that. Our system is fully automated with our suppliers, so the shipment of your order cannot be stopped. Upon receipt of your order, you can always return the product within 30 days of receipt.
I want to return an item, what should I do?
If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and with all tags and labels attached. The product must not show any signs of wear.
A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.
If you wish to report a return, please send an email to info@hypenation.nl. You will then receive further information about how to return the product. After registering your return, you have 30 days to return the product.
